One Brooklyn Bridge Park

One Brooklyn Bridge Park is an impressive 14-story building which stands 75 feet from the East River and lies within the planned 85-acre Brooklyn Bridge Park. It also boasts incredible views of the Manhatten skyline.

 

The building, which is a former printing plant, was developed in 2013 by RAL Company who choose Junckers for its 449 luxury condominiums.

 

For the floor the architect has chosen a Junckers 2-strip solid hardwood oak in the grade Variation. The floor was delivered prefinished from factory with an ultra matt lacquer
