Pala Alpitour Arena

FAST ASSEMBLY AND DISMANTLING

The Pala Alpitour is the largest indoor arena in Italy with a capacity of 12,300 seats. In July 2016 this arena was the venue for the Olympic Games Qualification in Basketball hosted by FIBA. In the arena was installed 800 m² of Junckers Portable A3 Beech Sylvasport Floors. A floor type installed floating with a total construction height of 32mm.

The choice fell on this Junckers sports floor solution due to the fact that each floor panel has a size of 513 x 1800mm, weighing 15 kilos only. This is a major advantage since assembly and dismantling can be done by one person per panel. The floor panels are easily locked securely into position with a pre-mounted assembling fitting. Assembly is approximately 3 hours for 800 m² of portable flooring and a bit less time for dismantling.
