Minimizing the use of energy throughout the buildings entire life cycle. The educational center will contribute to mitigate CO₂ emissions, reducing electricity consumption by 70% compared to a conventional analog building, also ensuring that the origin of the energy is 100% renewable.

Imagine Montessori School thus becomes the first school in Spain to obtain a double certification Breeam Excellent and Green 4 leaves, which guarantee that the design and execution have been carried out under the most demanding sustainability criteria.

From the beginning of the project, its creators emphasized the importance of a selection of materials that respect the environment. The solid wood from Junckers has contributed to the creation of this healthy building, as well as to the reduction of the carbon footprint and consumption of resources. We are proud to provide a plus through the Healthy Indoor Climate certification, which guarantees that the floor does not contain chemicals or products that could negatively affect the air quality of the room. Important point for children to develop, play and enjoy a warm, orderly and aesthetic stay.
