To achieve this, the project specified Junckers UnoBat 45 hardwood sports flooring – the same Olympic-grade surface used for elite international competition.

Installed on a full NBA-sized court three stories above street level, the finished facility delivers uncompromising performance, durability and aesthetics, bringing professional basketball standards directly into a residential environment.
